Charlie uses Penelope as a cover to elude the bad guys that are after him. Penelope has goals of her own but is eventually won over because of her desires to make sure that the good guys win and her developing feelings for Charlie. Sizzling love scenes help soften the antagonism between the hero and heroine. The side love story between Penelope's sister and her ex-husband detracts from the story rather than enhancing it.
